Payments – Cancellation Policy
Payment: In order to secure your booking you pay 50% on the total booking price. The balance is due 15 days before check-in date in order to keep your booking.
You will receive an email from us with all detail and invoice.
If you book within 15 days of check-in you can follow the After booking guidelines in your booking confirmation email.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the booking for any reason, this must always be communicated to us by e-mail or been cancelled in your personal dashboard (even if this has already been communicated to us by telephone, for example). We charge the following amounts, depending on the date of cancellation by the tenant.
July and August cancellation rules
100% payback:
Cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the rental period.
50% payback:Â
Between 15 and 5 days before the start of the rental period.
No payback:
Cancellation between 5 and zero days before the start of the rental period.Â
Bank costs:Â In all cancellation cases we will charge or withhold the bank costs that banks charge us for transfers.
Rest of the year cancellation rules
100% payback:
Cancellation up to 5 days before the start of the rental period.Â
No payback:
Cancellation between 5 and zero days before the start of the rental period.
Bank costs: In all cancellation cases we will charge or withhold the bank costs that banks charge us for transfers.
On no show or non payment of the total amount of the total reservation amount, 100% of the rental price must be payed.
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
