What you need to know about entering your holiday apartment Citadel Duplex.

Address: Carrer de granada 5, 3/2 (floor 3, apartment 2) 17480 Roses, Spain. Your apartment is on the third floor (3). There is an elevator. You can check in 24 hours a day with the keybox that you can find on the right side of the garage door. (Keybox  1) of the building. Take out the key and enter the building. When you are at the third floor you enter de code in the door panel. * Touch the screen and it will light up, enter your code and confirm with # –The door will automatically lock behind you. The code is valid throughout your reserved period from 15:00 on arrival day until 11:00 on check-out day. There is an extra key for the building entrance on the key hook. The advantage of the two building door keys and the coded front door of the apartments is that you and your family or friends can come in separately.  

You will get a code in your personal mailbox e-mail- message-whatsapp for the keybox and the front door a couple of days before you arrive. The keybox at the garage door is with digital push buttons, Please push firmly and confirm the code with V.

If you have booked the garage with your stay you have to go to Carrer Granada 5, 17480 Roses, Spain. The garage is 25 meters from your apartment. You have garage 2 (II). That is the first garage left from the main entrance at Carrer Granada 5. ( it is NOT the garagedoor left of the entrance of the building you stay at, Sarah Mar). To open the keybox follow the same procedure for the keybox. Then, Open the keybox and push on the top button of the remote control to open the garage door and use the top button again to close. The remote control stays in the keybox, you use the code every time you use the garage. Be sure to always close the garage and the keybox when you are done.

When you settled in take a look at the green map on the table, you will find all information about the apartment and the working of the different equipment. Please be aware and turn of the airconditioning when you go out.
