🏡 You can arrive at the apartment completely independently. Before arrival, you will receive your personal access instructions.

🔑 ACCESS TO THE BUILDING (MAIN ENTRANCE)
- To enter the building, you need a physical key.
- You will find this key in keybox 1 at Garage Door I.
- Open keybox 1 using the code we send you.
- Please note: press each button firmly when entering the code.
- Take the building key and CLOSE THE KEYBOX.
- Inside the apartment, a second key for the same building entrance is hanging on the key hook (very convenient when staying with multiple guests).
🔐 ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT (CODE)
- The apartment door operates with a touchscreen keypad.
- Touch the screen to activate it, then enter your code followed by the # key.
- You can now open the door by pulling the door handle down.
- The door will lock automatically after a few seconds.
🚗 IF YOU HAVE RESERVED THE GARAGE
- Use keybox 1 again with the same code.
- Use the top button on the remote control to OPEN and CLOSE the garage door.
- The code is valid from 3:00 p.m. on arrival day until 11:30 a.m. on departure day.
