Welcome to our modern and completely newly renovated apartment on the first floor, accessible by elevator, located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods of picturesque Roses, Spain.
All facilities are available, such as a streaming smart TV with ES-FR-GB-DE-NL channels and free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi.

Amenities
We make sure you feel at home with all necessary amenities, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, a 55-inch streaming flat-screen TV with Spanish, French, English, German and Dutch channels. Furthermore, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso capsules, kettle, oven and microwave. A large fridge with freezer is also provided. Our kitchen inventory is more than complete for 4 persons plus a baby, including baby cutlery and plates.

Our apartment is conveniently located in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Roses, just a few minutes (250 meters) from the beautiful beach and boulevard. The apartment is situated at the rear of the Citadel of Roses, close to the covered Spanish market and 100 m from the Sunday market. The lively center with cozy cafés, restaurants and shops can be reached on foot within 350 meters.

Unique location
Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the beach and the center, yet close enough to walk there within a few minutes. Park your car and leave it there with peace of mind; you don’t need a car for the supermarket, bakery, beach, center or markets.

Our apartment is modernly furnished with all contemporary comforts and stylish details. The spacious, partially wicker-covered rooftop terrace with atmospheric lighting, modern garden furniture and lounge seating offers more than enough space to relax, dine and lounge.

Our apartment offers ample space for up to 4 people and a baby up to 3 years old (baby cot available at an additional cost). It features two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom facilities.

Roses is a fantastic base to explore the beautiful Costa Brava. Discover nearby historical sights, charming (mountain) villages, nature parks and sports activities for the whole family. Of course, the beach with its many play activities, shops, bars and restaurants is not to be missed.

Parking
Parking in our private garage is available for € 5 per day.
Free parking is available in Roses; there is a large parking area 150 meters away. (Please pay attention to the signs at the entrance for any restrictions.)
Garage: 4.7 m deep × 2.5 m wide.
