Payment of your reservation
We use a 50% down payment policy to guarantee your booking. The rest amount of your booking need to be payed 15 days before arrival date. You will find all bank-account information on your invoice and in your personal dashboard after your booking.
In order to make a reservation you have to create a personal account. you can do so on the top of this page. (Register) This enables you to manage your reservation(s) from your personal dashboard.

* Not included: Tourist tax €1.10 per person per night older then 16 years and for maximum 7 nights per reservation, must be payed in cash on location.
From your dashboard you can:
– Reservations – you can manage and if needed cancel your reservation(s).
– Messages – send us direct messages
– Invoices – See and print your invoice(s)Â

Flexible Cancellation – Annulation
If you wish to cancel the booking for any reason, this must always be communicated to us by e-mail or been cancelled in your personal dashboard (even if this has already been communicated to us by telephone, for example). We charge the following amounts, depending on the date of cancellation by the tenant.
July and August cancellation rules
100% payback:
Cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the rental period.
50% payback:Â
Between 15 and 5 days before the start of the rental period.
No payback:
Cancellation between 5 and zero days before the start of the rental period.
Rest of the year cancellation rules
100% payback:
Cancellation up to 5 days before the start of the rental period.Â
No payback:
Cancellation between 5 and zero days before the start of the rental period.
On no show or non payment of the total amount of the total reservation amount, 100% of the rental price must be payed.
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
